Toelating van nieuwe leden wordt door Dutch Trade Office getoetst op basis van een aantal criteria. Alleen in passende gevallen wordt van deze regels afgeweken. Zo moet het bedrijf (hoofd- of nevenvestiging) gevestigd zijn in Nederland en in bezit zijn van een KvK nummer. Tevens de producten en verpakking geschikt gemaakt zijn voor export en voldoen aan de standaard normen welke per import-land kunnen veranderen. De leveranciers welke geen contact/agent hebben in het betreffende land drijft handel via Dutch Trade Office als de aangewezen bedrijf en als vertegenwoordiger in verkoop. In sommige gevallen verkoopt Dutch Trade Office Uw producten via zijn agenten, daarom worden de producten van u gekocht en doorverkocht aan de klant. De reden dat we vertegenwoordiging vragen heeft te maken met het feit dat Dutch Trade Office will traden in uw plaats en uw werk makkelijker maken, u hoeft niet langer zich druk maken over logistic, finance, export en belasting zaken. U bedrijfs product en service worden in alle vertrouwen aangeboden aan alle klanten in ons netwerk. Voldoet u niet aan de genoemde criteria, maar bent u van mening dat u als lid een waardevolle bijdrage aan de DTO en haar leden kunt leveren, dien dan vooral uw aanvraag tot lidmaatschap in. Wij zullen deze dan zorgvuldig beoordelen.
Contributie
De contributie bedraagt €195,– excl. BTW.
Inbazar is a Dutch platform for Products of our members. Your products will be presented at the platform, no matter you want to import of you want to export and which country is the product originaly is being produced. Dutch distributors hoe are interested in your products will contact you.Therefor is important that you as a foreign company holder register your products for buying and or selling from en in the Netherlands.
Apply for membership
The admission of new members is reviewed by the Dutch Trade Office based on a number of criteria. Only in these cases will be deviated from these rules. For example, the company (main or secondary establishment) must be located and registered in the same country and be in possession of a Chamber of Commerce number. Also, the products and packaging are made suitable for export and comply with the European standard, as an export company that can change per country and continent. The suppliers who do not have a contact/agent in the Netherlands should trade through the Dutch Trade Office as the designated company and as a representative importer/buyer/distributor. In some cases, the Dutch Trade Office sells your products through its agents, so your products are purchased and resold to our customers. The reason we ask for representation has to do with the fact that the Dutch Trade Office will act on behalf of u and to make your work easier, you do no longer have to worry about logistic, finance, export and tax matters. Your company products and services are offered to all customers in our network in all confidence. If you do not meet the mentioned criteria, but do you believe that you can make a valuable contribution to the DTO and its members as a member, then apply your membership application in particular. We will then carefully evaluate them.
